SPA ETIQUETTE & policies

All spa services require a valid credit card to secure your booking as we are a destination spa. We will contact you within 48 hours for the credit card information to finalize your booking after we receive your online booking request. (By providing your credit card information you agree to our policy and procedures). Group bookings, Sunday, and Public Holiday bookings will require a 50 % deposit. Any last-minute booking (less than 12 hours) will require full payment by E-transfer to (sescapespa@hotmail.com) or credit card before the services. All clients are required to complete a Client In-Take Form, Credit Card Secure Form / Credit Card Authorization Form online before arriving at the appointment. In -Take Form can be completed online when scheduling your appointment or in person when you arrive for your appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your service. For group bookings please come 20 minutes before your appointment. This ensures that all of our clients enjoy their full service on time. Any appointments more than 20 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and you will be charged in full amount.

All prices are exclusive of 13% HST plus gratuities. Gratuities of 15% is recommended. For groups of over 3 people, at least 18%.

We kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. For Group booking, we require 5 days in advance notice for any changes to your package or cancellations. Cancellations are only accepted by telephone or online on the Fresha App. Voice mails are not accepted. You will receive a confirmation email after canceling. If you do not receive a confirmation email of cancellations. You will be charged in full for your services.

No show will be charged in full for your services.
